In collaboration with four classmates, I designed an app to help people who suffer from panic attacks. The app walks the user through a series of exercises designed to calm them down and take them out of the panic attack. When the user is not having a panic attack, it acts as a general stress manager. This is particularly useful for people who might suffer panic attacks in public places or while alone.
